StrategyIs Good Kill! worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- FPS players who want a single-player military helicopter role
- Action players who enjoy mission-based combat with weapon upgrades
- Players interested in aerial fire support and destructible battlefields
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking infantry movement or broad character control may hit a wall at the fixed door-gunner role.
- Players wanting deep open-ended progression may find the campaign structure of multiple missions and between-mission upgrades too limited.
- Players looking for a finished presentation may bounce off the game's stated development status and unfinished visuals.
- Players seeking multiplayer warfare will not find that mode in the described single-player campaign.
Our take on Good Kill!
The bounce point is the door-gunner perspective: players expecting to roam freely as ground soldiers will encounter a role centered on firing from a helicopter. Those wanting a finished visual presentation may also stop at the game's stated development status.
What is Good Kill!?
Good Kill is a single-player first-person shooter set in wartime, placing the player at a helicopter’s door gunner position.
Missions involve attacking enemy infantry and fortified positions, supporting ground troops, defending strategic locations, and carrying out rescues. Combat uses small arms and helicopter-mounted weapons, with timing and target selection shaping each engagement. Environments contain destructible objects and buildings. Between missions, players can improve weapons and helicopters, reinforce armor, and adjust equipment for different battlefield demands. The game includes multiple levels, varied mission types, and two named helicopter options: the UH1-B and OH6. Good Kill is still under development, and its visuals are not presented as final.
