Our take on Gerty

What is Gerty?
Gerty is a top-down rogue-lite twin-stick shooter set in a mining colony under alien attack.
Players descend through procedurally generated tunnels, carving routes through destructible terrain while fighting hostile creatures and searching for the source of the threat. Runs include mining Juice crystals, purchasing gear, selecting perks, and discovering structures, runes, altars, and abandoned infrastructure. Four characters offer different abilities and play styles, with additional gear and characters unlocked through successive runs. The game supports single-player and local co-op for up to 4 players. Five difficulty levels and advanced settings adjust the challenge. Players can attempt to avoid permanent death while progressing through tightly structured runs.
