Our take on Fire Arrow Plus
The short-run scoring format trades campaign breadth for replay-focused attempts. Randomized waves and changing events give repeat sessions variation, while the rapid difficulty increase leaves less room for relaxed, evenly paced play.
What is Fire Arrow Plus?
Fire Arrow Plus includes Fire Arrow Remastered and Fire Arrow X, score-focused shooters built around short time-attack runs.
Enemy waves and other game elements change between plays, with special events sometimes appearing on later attempts. Difficulty rises quickly and responds to performance. Players collect medals that become more valuable and numerous during a run. Fire Arrow Remastered offers Novice, 3 Minute, and 5 Minute modes, plus an unlockable high-difficulty mode.
Red spread and Blue vulcan shots can be switched during play, alongside screen-clearing bombs and a DUAL ATTACK. The Steam version adds new endings, revised balance, updated menus, an originally composed soundtrack, gamepad support, and normal-play access to a bonus round. Fire Arrow X expands the core format with additional enemies, bosses, and challenges.
