Our take on Dungeon and Puzzles
The dungeon presentation and combat-themed equipment frame the game as an adventure, but its structure centers on carefully planned Sokoban rooms. The 150-room count and fewer-move goals point to repeated puzzle solving rather than open-ended dungeon exploration.
What is Dungeon and Puzzles?
Dungeon and Puzzles combines dungeon exploration themes with Sokoban-style room puzzles.
Movement and direction are restricted, while equipment changes the adventurer’s available abilities. A sword attacks monsters, a bow and arrows strike from a distance, a shield pushes obstacles, and special gloves pull monsters. Each room requires selecting abilities and planning movements to defeat every monster and reach the exit. The dungeon contains 150 handcrafted rooms connected by a non-linear map and presented with pixel-art visuals. Players can pursue solutions using fewer moves than the standard target by testing different tactics and movement combinations. The game also includes a dungeon atmosphere alongside its puzzle structure.
