Dungeons - The Dark Lord is a dungeon-management strategy game with a scripted and voiced single-player campaign, an ice crystal cave setting, new dungeon graphics, and 25 prestige gimmicks.
Multiplayer supports up to four players in Deathmatch, King of the Hill, Piñata, and Survival. Several bosses, including Minos, the Zombie King, Calypso, and the Dungeon Lord, can be played in multiplayer. The game adds multiplayer-specific skills, multiple dungeon graphics sets, new inventories, and a new boss monster. The Steam Special Edition includes three multiplayer maps—Dunst, Playfreight, and Labda—created for Piñata mode.
