SportsIs Drink More Glurp worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Groups of 2–20 local players who want rotating physics-based contests
- Solo players who want leaderboard challenges and replay comparisons
- Party hosts seeking a spectator-friendly game with drop-in turns
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking conventional sports simulation may hit a wall when sponsor effects and unpredictable physics alter the contests.
- Players who need precise, repeatable controls may struggle when each arm must be managed separately and event rules change.
- Players looking for a campaign or story-driven progression may find the focus on repeated contests limiting.
Our take on Drink More Glurp
The bounce point arrives at the control scheme: each arm uses a separate stick, while movement and grabbing must be coordinated through physics. Players expecting standard sports controls may hit that wall before the changing sponsor rules even become the main challenge.
What is Drink More Glurp?
Drink More Glurp is a physics-based party sports game set on a distant world where alien versions of Earth’s summer games follow changing sponsor rules.
Party Mode supports 2–20 local players, with drop-in and drop-out play, deferred turns, and one controller. Players run, jump, throw, and compete in contests while independently controlling each athlete’s arms with the controller sticks. Sponsor effects can alter events, creating thousands of possible event and sponsor combinations. Challenge Mode provides solo contests, global leaderboards, and replays of friends’ attempts or top scores. Each session presents a new competition, while unusual physics and changing event conditions support repeated play.
