Wake in a hotel room with no memory of how the situation began, then discover an unconscious woman and a news report identifying the protagonist as a wanted serial killer.
A ringing phone, a concierge, and persistent knocking set the mystery in motion. Death Come True presents its story as a full-length live-action interactive movie, with player decisions directing the narrative and determining which ending follows. The game uses simple controls centered on watching and choosing. Each gruesome death awards Death Medals, which can be collected to open bonus DeathTube clips. The cast includes Kanata Hongo, Chiaki Kuriyama, Win Morisaki, Yuki Kaji, Chihiro Yamamoto, and Jiro Sato.
