What is Returner 77?
Returner 77 is a three-dimensional mystery adventure set in the aftermath of an extraterrestrial attack that has nearly wiped out humanity.
As one of 77 specially trained agents, the player must awaken 8,000 people placed in suspended sleep beyond Earth to restore the species. The investigation unfolds inside a spacecraft built by aliens, using tile movement, object matching, item searches, and device activation to advance. Challenges cover reasoning, dexterity, recollection, machinery, and concealed objects. Live-action scenes and recordings from fellow Returners reveal the narrative, with 18 recordings available to find. More than 80 puzzles are included, supported by clues and automatic solutions. Crystalline surroundings and atmospheric music accompany the search for answers about Colonel Ling, also known as Returner 76.
