Our take on Death and Progress
The premise foregrounds death as the route through the facility, but the playable structure is a puzzle-and-trap sequence across three stages. The four endings and replayable levels add variation, though the central loop remains solving hazards and returning for another attempt.
What is Death and Progress?
A girl wakes in a strange facility with no memory of her identity or location.
To get through its tests, she must solve puzzles and face death traps: some can be disabled or avoided, while others require her to die. A machine brings her back each time, making death part of the route forward. This light horror RPG has three stages with different environments and four endings. Traps have different solutions, including hidden ones that reveal ways to avoid them. Replaying levels can uncover clues that change how she escapes her fate.
