Our take on DEADLOCK
The arcade framing emphasizes enemy waves, weapons, and high scores, while the practical play space matters just as much: physical dodging is central, and nearby furniture or ceiling fans can interfere with movement.
What is DEADLOCK?
DEADLOCK is a virtual reality arcade shooter built around enemy waves, physical movement, and high-score runs.
Players face tactical troopers, flying drones, and attack dogs while using pistols with laser, bullet, rapid-fire, and charged attacks. Shooting choices include measured fire, overheating the weapons with repeated shots, or charging for heavier damage. A shield blocks and reflects incoming fire. Enemy lasers require players to move aside and weave around attacks, with physical surroundings such as furniture and ceiling fans also affecting play. Practice Mode lets players select one enemy type and train against its waves.
How DEADLOCK plays
- 01Variable Weapon Attacks
