Our take on Colony Siege
The pitch spans base construction, traps, mobile forces, and large-scale strikes, but the central task remains defending the colony Citadel from attacks. The campaign adds branching routes and persistent upgrades, while mission play centers on arranging defenses and responding to enemy advances.
What is Colony Siege?
Colony Siege combines real-time strategy and tower defense in a campaign of missions set across planets, moons, space stations, and mobile platforms.
Build towers and barriers that form laser fences, arrange mazes, place traps, and command mobile units such as mechs and tanks. Strikes include missiles, air attacks, and orbital attacks, alongside commander abilities. Battles pit players against two enemy factions with different behavior. The campaign has branching paths, and missions can be replayed for extra cash. It supports single-player play and online co-op for two players throughout the campaign. Money earned from primary and bonus objectives can be spent on persistent upgrades, weapons, towers, traps, units, and strikes; perks can also be unlocked.
