Set in 2044, Chaser follows a protagonist who wakes aboard the H.
M. S. Majestic without knowing his identity or why armed pursuers are hunting him. The investigation moves from the spaceship to Montack City on Earth, Siberia, and finally Mars. Its weapons are modeled on real-world equivalents, while the story centers on a power struggle involving MARSCORP, mining rights, and Samuel Longwood. The game uses Cauldron’s cloakNT engine and includes multiplayer through GameSpy and dedicated servers. Multiplayer options include team-based modes modeled after Counter-Strike and Team Fortress, along with deathmatch and capture the flag.
