Our take on Cave of Illusions: Twistyland
Rather than using a conventional horror setting, the game places its pursuit and puzzles inside a playable board game. Dice and cards become part of the level structure, while each themed attraction functions as a distinct stage in the route toward the Cave of Illusions.
What is Cave of Illusions: Twistyland?
Cave of Illusions: Twistyland is a surreal horror game about Sophie, a girl drawn into a strange board game after finding it in a toy store.
Players roll dice and explore its themed areas, including a carousel, toy store, treat trail, and the Cave of Illusions. Each section combines puzzles with vivid, unsettling environments while the clown Vasilus follows and guides Sophie through the game. Vasilus uses both dice and cards, giving Sophie a special card in every area. These cards can assist progress, but some may also benefit Vasilus. The game continues events from the first title in the series and presents its journey through seven named board-game locations.
