What is BlackEye?
BlackEye takes players to Koyte, a planet whose thin-atmosphere surface conceals an enormous cave system.
Underground, remnants of a vanished civilization survive as mechanisms and artifacts. The setting is split between upper and lower regions, with dangerous creatures occupying the deeper areas. Players guide BlackEye downward, battling foes, gathering weapons, armor, and other objects while investigating Koyte’s forgotten history. The game contains 33 levels, 7 monster varieties, 5 weapon alterations, hidden secrets, and puzzles. Its mechanics include firing during flips and gripping cave walls while sliding. Xbox controllers are supported. A planned update is intended to introduce energy, artifact storage, portable first-aid kits, revisions to current levels, and additional levels.
