Our take on Project Lounge
Instead of placing progression or a fixed objective at the center, this casual game makes player-created social spaces its main structure. Terrain editing, object placement, access settings, and visits form the activity loop, while the stated purpose is simply to socialize and have fun.
What is Project Lounge?
Project Lounge is a 3D social game built around player-created locations called Lounges.
The Lounge Editor allows creators to shape terrain, set the time of day, place objects, and configure permissions, privacy settings, and invitations. Owners and visitors can add interactive items including drawing boards, arcade machines, vinyl players, and other props. These objects can be obtained through gameplay drops, including while working in the editor. Steam Inventory supports collecting, trading, and selling interactive objects. Steam Workshop provides a way to contribute 3D models and music. The game does not define a further objective beyond socializing and having fun in the created spaces.
