What is AshenForest?
AshenForest is a roguelite action RPG centered on boss-rush combat in a forest consumed by plague.
The story follows an effort to find and destroy the cause of the plague, which transformed people into monsters. The vendor describes three characters: Agave uses heavy attacks and can stagger enemies with a charged strike after a shield parry; Lycoris controls mind and flame and can become a crow demon after knocking down an enemy; and Nagne uses a dagger, a gun, fast attacks, and ranged attacks. After being swallowed by the forest, Salvation score can strengthen a character before another challenge. The setting includes a giant tree affected by something that fell from the sky and triggered the plague.
