Our take on Arrogue
Permanent death gives each attempt a clear endpoint, but it sacrifices continuity: a failed run loses its current progress and returns the character to the start. Endless mode extends victories without removing that reset structure.
What is Arrogue?
Arrogue is a deck-building roguelike with turn-based, physics-driven combat.
Players explore a map, choose routes, gather arrows and relics, and make decisions during random events while protecting a village. Arrows can damage enemies, collect buffs, restore health, or gather money. The game includes 140+ relics, 50+ arrows, and four playable characters, supporting combinations such as firing multiple arrows, spreading fire, poisoning enemies, or using debris for kills. Death is permanent within a run: dying sends the player back to the beginning. Character-specific difficulty levels can be unlocked. Endless mode continues a build after victory and includes an online leaderboard, while achievements add completion goals.
