What is ALLTYNEX Second?
Set in 2192, this vertical-scrolling shooter follows survivors returning to Earth after an artificial intelligence caused a worldwide massacre 40 years earlier.
The game has five 2. 5D stages filled with unmanned weapons and Guardian Soldiers. Combat combines fighter-mode attacks with close-range Blade strikes, Homing Lasers, and a Buster Rifle that can pierce enemies and bullets. Switching between melee and fighter modes contributes to the combo system. Tutorial and Practice modes introduce the mechanics, while Replay mode offers normal and cinematic viewing options.
