Our take on Alive Cursor
Instead of treating the cursor as a fixed pointer, this software turns it into a customizable animated object with idle behavior, audio reactions, display-time functions, and optional game-like activity.
What is Alive Cursor?
Replace the system cursor with customizable mods that can display time, respond to audio, wander when idle, and include game-like behavior.
Workshop items can use different models, while a Unity SDK supports placing models on the screen and adding scripted behavior. Cursor appearance can be scaled or rotated, and the cursor can be hidden while watching videos or browsing webpages. The software supports multiple displays and includes offline access to downloaded skins. A taskbar icon opens the main window, with separate tabs for downloaded items and workshop content. Pressing Tab can temporarily hide the browser window, while double-clicking the right Ctrl key highlights the cursor.
