Our take on AI: Art Impostor
The bounce point arrives when a player must turn a few words into a convincing clue without knowing whether the generated image will communicate the theme. The short round then moves quickly to discussion and voting, leaving little room for players who prefer extended creation or deliberation.
What is AI: Art Impostor?
AI: Art Impostor is an online party game for 3–8 players.
A randomly selected exhibition topic is revealed to the artists but kept secret from one player, the impostor. Everyone provides the AI with a brief prompt, then shares the resulting image with the group. Players vote to identify who does not know the topic. The artists win by naming the impostor, while the impostor wins by guessing the exhibition theme. A match takes about 5 minutes.
Play is available across Steam, Android, and iOS, with room codes for playing with friends or sessions with strangers. Players can choose avatars and image styles. Items can be bought using in-game currency. Steam does not yet support purchases using the separate in-app currency; the vendor says this is planned for a future update.
