Our take on Acre Crisis
The range of story, arcade, cooperative, and competitive modes gives the game a broad presentation, but the central story is brief at 1–3 hours. Much of the longer-term structure rests on repeatable arcade matches and multiplayer rather than campaign length.
What is Acre Crisis?
Set in Brazil’s Acre region during 1992, Acre Crisis combines shooting from a character’s viewpoint with survival-horror elements.
The story follows Sublieutenant Tais D. Oliveira and a Brazilian Military Police unit stranded in an Amazon jungle where hungry dinosaurs roam. Their mission involves staying alive while uncovering information connected to a former biological-weapons project. Story mode lasts 1–3 hours, with completion time varying by skill. Arcade mode provides brief survival sessions, and multiplayer includes both cooperative and competitive matches. In solo play, earned points can be exchanged for stronger weapons and character cosmetics. Its retro presentation draws on the PlayStation 1 era and includes jungle scenery, weather changes, and an alternating day-and-night cycle.
