Our take on ZenVR
The store page foregrounds an expanding meditation system, but the current core offering is eight half-hour lessons plus practice modes. It also presents future lessons, settings, environments, and features as part of the project’s stated plans, so the Early Access status is central to the scope.
What is ZenVR?
ZenVR is an Early Access meditation learning system built around instructor-led virtual classes.
Its core curriculum currently includes Lessons 1–8, with each class lasting half an hour. QUICK SESSIONS and PRACTICE modes provide guided or solo meditation, along with ways to review techniques and concepts. The program encourages completing lessons at an individual pace, reflecting on talks, practicing techniques, and developing a regular meditation routine. Classes were created with meditation teachers, and the vendor connects the curriculum with research conducted at Georgia Tech. The vendor also describes plans for additional lessons, PRACTICE settings, modes, features, and meditation environments as development continues. An online community and Discord server are offered for discussions and supplementary content.
