What is Yoshiwara Higanbana?
Yoshiwara Higanbana is a visual novel about Chihaya, an Oiran at the Oukaya brothel in Edo-period Yoshiwara.
The story follows her daily life and relationships with five men: a shipping agency owner, a hairdresser, a samurai, a rice broker, and the brothel owner. Player choices determine which paths and conclusions unfold. Completing an ending can open additional episodes in the main story. This all-ages Steam edition uses the scenario from the PlayStation Vita and Switch version and includes added CG artwork. It does not include the Tatsukichi route found in that version. Japanese and Chinese text are available; changing languages through Steam downloads the selected version, while save data remains usable after switching.
