Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for a casual or immediately accessible game may find the learning curve too steep

- Players who want a conventional shooter rather than a strategy-and-simulation hybrid may find the scope mismatched
Our take on X-POINT
The focus on strategic depth and direct control sacrifices accessibility: there is no simplified tutorial, and progress depends on learning complex systems before tactical decisions become manageable.
What is X-POINT?
X-POINT combines global real-time strategy with third-person simulation.
Command begins from a satellite view, then shifts to direct control of infantry, tanks, and nuclear aircraft carriers across air, land, and sea. Units use realistic physics, while a war correspondent camera provides another way to observe the battlefield. The game focuses on complex strategic systems, deep tactical mechanics, and decisions with irreversible consequences. It does not include a simplified tutorial or quick victories, and mistakes can have fatal results. X-POINT is built as a demanding, large-scale experience rather than a casual shooter or short-session game, with learning and sustained analysis forming part of its core structure.
