Our take on Wildfire

Rather than treating elemental magic as a combat-only toolkit, the game makes fire, ice, and earth part of the terrain itself. Routes, hiding places, enemy traps, and hazards emerge from changing the environment, while spreading fire can also threaten the character.

What is Wildfire?

Use elemental abilities to alter environments in a 2D stealth game.

Start fires with fireballs, freeze water to cross lakes or trap enemies, and move earth to grow grass for hiding or vines for climbing. Fire spreads through the environment and can also harm the player. New powers become available as the character’s connection to the elements develops. Enemy forces work together while searching through forests, caverns, and frozen mountains. The story follows a branded witch reclaiming a home and freeing captive villagers. Play alone or have a friend join the game, wielding elemental powers in tandem. Co-op requires at least one gamepad.
