What is We Are Alive?
We Are Alive is a cooperative horror game for one to four players.
Players investigate an old psychiatric hospital and search for evidence, keys, and ammunition linked to the disappearance of its patients. A flashlight and pistol are standard equipment, but ammunition can run out. The hospital contains puzzles that open new paths, while the themes change as exploration continues. Several ghosts appear, each with distinct personalities and traits. Ghosts, objects, and item spawns are randomized, so each game uses a different arrangement. Multiplayer requires communication, ammunition sharing, and coordinated navigation. The game also includes jump scares, frightening sounds, and visual effects that may pose a seizure risk for some players.
