Our take on Fear Therapy
The defining structure is a changing horror house: item locations, navigation, events, and difficulty vary during play, while one mode places Satan under another player's control.
What is Fear Therapy?
Fear Therapy is a psychological horror game for solo play or multiplayer sessions with up to five players.
Players enter a house, search for ritual items, complete quests, and start a ritual to escape while Satan becomes increasingly angry. Sessions vary through randomly placed items, navigation that changes in real time, unpredictable horror events, and difficulty that changes over time rather than through a lobby setting. Single-player and cooperative modes pit players against artificial intelligence.
Satan Mode assigns one player control of Satan, who has eight skills to use against the others. The game is in early access and may contain minor errors. It includes high-level horror elements and sudden scares, with a warning for players sensitive to physical or psychological distress.
