CasualIs War Cube worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Strategy players who want troop positioning based on cube faces
- Players who prefer survival objectives against multiple opposing sides
- Players who want missions combining enemy attacks with protection duties
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking more than two game modes may find the available structure limited.
- Players who do not enjoy turning a cube to place troops behind or beside enemies may stop at the central positioning mechanic.
- Players looking for a strategy game without a protection failure condition may not suit Convoy mode.
Our take on War Cube
The bounce point is the turning-and-positioning mechanic: players who do not want to place troops behind or beside enemies will meet the game’s main demand immediately. Convoy adds a sharper failure condition, since killing an unarmed soldier fails the mission.
What is War Cube?
War Cube is a strategy game in which each team occupies a face of a cube.
The player turns the cube sideways to position troops so they stop in an attacking position, behind or beside an enemy. It has two modes. In Battle, all sides of the cube oppose the player, who must be the only survivor. In Convoy, the player must defeat enemy soldiers while protecting the disarmed team. If an unarmed soldier is killed, the mission fails.
How War Cube plays
