Our take on Visitors: Marine Invasion
The game gives up a purely quiet fishing experience by adding ghosts, drowned attackers, aliens, repairs, and spoil protection. Its fishing activity is therefore tied to defending and maintaining the vessel, with catch money also directed toward upgrades.
What is Visitors: Marine Invasion?
Take your father’s ship and continue his fishing work in a changed world where the former fish have disappeared.
During the full moon, fish and other creatures return. Catch fish and sell them in the bay, then spend the money on ship enhancements. The vessel can suffer damage from drowned enemies, requiring repairs, while aliens threaten the collected catch. Ghosts of dead pirates also attack during the expedition. Progress toward the Red Moon day, which marks the point at which the protagonist must prove readiness to follow the family trade. The game combines fishing, fish sales, ship maintenance, defensive encounters, protection of collected spoils, and purchases funded by the catch.
