Underground Garage combines car repair, tuning, customization, and street racing in an open-world setting.

The game includes 20 vehicles and 15 detailed engines, with realistic collision damage to engines and bodies. Free-roam activities include quests, shops, junkyards, and hidden secrets. Street events include practice, time attack, duels, and classic racing, with betting available. Earnings, prestige points, experience, and progression unlock garage upgrades, parts, cars, workstations, and black-market equipment. The story follows a mechanic helping a friend rebuild her workshop and pursue those responsible for its destruction.
