Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for conventional road circuits may hit a wall when the tracks' donut-shaped geometry defines the driving.
- Those seeking a race-only experience may lose interest when progression moves into overworld exploration, shops, and story elements.
- Players who do not want to collect in-game coins to buy cars may not enjoy the car-unlocking system.
Our take on ULTRATORO
Players who expect familiar circuit layouts may bounce off as soon as the donut-shaped tracks and non-Euclidean setting define the race. Those wanting uninterrupted racing may hit another wall between levels, where progression opens overworld routes, shops, and story discoveries.
What is ULTRATORO?
ULTRATORO is an arcade-style driving game set on donut-shaped tracks in a surreal, non-Euclidean world.
Its story follows a hacker infiltrating Deusoft, a megacorporation. Players race through levels, challenge friends for time records, and post scores to global leaderboards. Beating levels opens routes through a non-linear overworld, where players can find shops and uncover more about torus-space. Coins collected in enemy servers can be spent on cars, with shops to unlock as players build a collection. A level editor lets players make tracks and share them with the community. Community-created maps are also available. The game combines racing, exploration, car unlocking, story progression, and user-created tracks.
