Our take on UberSoldier
The store copy presents an expansive, history-rewriting war adventure, but the stated structure is a 12-mission shooter campaign. Its unusual premise and temporary powers receive more emphasis than the limited campaign scope.
What is UberSoldier?
UberSoldier is a first-person shooter set during an alternate World War II.
Karl Stoltz, a German soldier revived by the Nazis, turns against them and joins the Allies. The campaign contains 12 missions and provides 16 World War II weapons, including the Browning automatic rifle and Panzerschreck. Karl can activate a temporal shield that holds enemy bullets in the air for a short time. Headshots extend the shield, while stabbing three enemies in rapid succession increases health.
