What is Tower 57?
Tower 57 is a top-down twin-stick shooter set in a post-apocalyptic dieselpunk tower.
Players guide a task force through connected floors, elevators, shops, terminals, secret walls and hidden passages while uncovering the tower's secrets. The campaign supports single-player and local or online co-op play. Six characters have different skills, upgradable weapons and gadgets, with replacement limbs adding another customization option. Environments can be damaged, while enemies use distinct movement, attacks, spawning methods and weaknesses. The game uses fixed, pixel-crafted levels rather than random generation. Lives are limited, respawns are restricted, and difficulty can rise sharply during the campaign.
