Our take on TINY METAL
The campaign carries hero units from one mission to the next, with those units gaining strength as the story progresses.
What is TINY METAL?
TINY METAL presents a turn-based strategy campaign set after the assassination of the Artemesian king.
Players follow Lieutenant Nathan Gries through a 20-hour single-player story while commanding 15 distinct units, including riflemen, tanks, gunships, and Metals. Combat involves terrain, positioning, attack direction, and decisions about advancing or defending. Attacks from the side or rear deal more damage, while several units can combine fire against one enemy. Forests, cities, and factories provide different battlefield bonuses, and some terrain grants access to additional units or heroes. Units gain experience during battles. Hero units become stronger across the campaign and can move from one mission to the next. Dozens of skirmish matches add standalone scenarios against varied opponents.
