What is Cepheus Protocol?
Cepheus Protocol combines real-time strategy with third-person combat in an open-world pandemic scenario set in the Bay Area.
Command CERC forces from a mobile aircraft carrier, which acts as the base in Pandemic Mode and can be destroyed. Land, sea, and air units fight infected swarms, rogue civilian combatants, and Patient 0’s lieutenants. The Operator can serve as a controllable shooter character or a hero unit in RTS mode. Up to 16 players can share CERC operations in cooperative multiplayer. Progression includes a Doctrine tree, character experience, weapon and appearance customization, and adjustable Pandemic Mode settings. Maps include urban locations, provincial events, research objectives, and changing infection threats.
