Our take on The Watchers
Rather than using jump scares or combat as its main source of tension, this action game builds its structure around two-player coordination, object gathering, navigation, and avoiding enemies inside a cult headquarters.
What is The Watchers?
The Watchers is a two-player online co-op stealth game about twins Luisa and Frederico Puerta investigating their mother Anna’s disappearance.
Players explore a cult headquarters, gather objects, navigate its spaces, solve stealth-focused puzzles, and evade enemies while looking into events from 15 years earlier. A server browser supports finding a partner, and both protagonists are fully voiced. The game sets its mystery in a dark, unsettling environment without jump scares, with an original score by British composer Peter Fender. Its story follows the twins as they search for answers about the Watchers of Azazel and what happened at the hidden structure in Coyote Valley.
