Our take on The Warhorn
Its defining structure is the combination of adventuring across a five-biome open world with managing a settlement that gathers resources, fields soldiers, and builds war machines.
What is The Warhorn?
The Warhorn combines medieval role-playing with exploration, puzzles, open-world travel, and settlement management.
An adventurer leaves a former life as a lumberjack and reaches an archipelago while searching for the Warhorn, a relic said to grant immortality. The world contains 5 themed biomes, including spring and summer, autumn, winter, desert, and jungle areas, each with distinct sub-biomes, resources, and inhabitants. Players can learn sword, hammer, fire, ice, and light abilities, sometimes by gaining villagers’ trust or paying them. Villagers gather materials, while soldiers defend settlements. Construction supports a village or larger empire, and war machines can defend territory or attack other empires. The full game can be played with friends through cooperation, trading, or conflict.
