Our take on The Nine Tailed Celestial Fox
Combat is automatic, but players choose and order martial arts skills in response to opponents’ moves. That division between automated fighting and player-set attack sequences defines the game’s battles.
What is The Nine Tailed Celestial Fox?
The Nine Tailed Celestial Fox combines open-ended exploration with roguelike cultivation.
Players recruit and develop gifted characters, collect resources, make weapons and pills, and venture into dungeons. World layouts, adventurers, dungeon areas, and equipment statistics are procedurally determined. Battles take place automatically in side-scrolling encounters involving several fighters, while players select martial arts and arrange their activation sequence according to enemy actions. More than 200 skills are available. A sect functions as a base for producing items, cultivating plants, studying, and conversing with companions. At the beginning, players choose a race; each option has its own advancement system, battle characteristics, and ceiling for talent development. The game is currently offered in Early Access.
