Our take on Teslapunk
The game emphasizes timed arcade action, linking bullet cancellation to both score and rising rank. That design trades a steady difficulty curve for escalating pressure as the multiplier grows, so score-focused play can make later encounters harder.
What is Teslapunk?
Play as Nikola Tesla in a six-level arcade shoot-'em-up set in a high-voltage science-fiction world.
Dodge enemy bullets and attack with a laser or spread shot. Voltage Burst temporarily cancels bullets and strengthens the laser; canceling bullets also raises the score multiplier, which is linked to a rank system that increases difficulty dynamically. Each level has a distinct visual style, and boss patterns are timed to the music.
Arcade mode includes missions and an unlockable gallery picture. Survival mode adds endless waves, with coins and power-ups to collect and coins to spend on ship upgrades and items. The story pits Tesla against an invasion from Mars, ending with a boss who comments on the fight through a TV channel beside the screen.
