Our take on Syberia II
The game departs from combat-led adventure conventions by centering its progression on a surreal expedition and puzzles integrated into the story. Its structure follows Kate and Hans as they pursue a single mammoth-focused quest, replacing battle encounters with environmental obstacles and narrative travel.
What is Syberia II?
Kate Walker’s journey continues after completing the automaton factory buyout and finding the missing heir.
She travels with Hans Voralberg, an eccentric older man, toward the heart of a forgotten world in search of the last Syberian mammoths. Their expedition leads through a mystical setting and confronts them with increasingly dangerous obstacles. The game presents a storyline with new characters and detailed 3D environments. Progress depends on solving puzzles integrated into the journey, with challenges placed throughout the adventure. The narrative concludes the quest Hans began years earlier while testing the pair’s courage and determination.
