Our take on Super Dash
The listing foregrounds varied enemies, bosses, and upgrades, but the central interaction remains repeated dashing through enemies and bullets. Roguelike progress resets on death, while Arcade mode is built around endless waves rather than a defined conclusion.
What is Super Dash?
Super Dash is a bullet-hell action game in which the ship destroys enemies by dashing into them rather than firing weapons.
Charging and releasing a dash sends the ship forward through enemies and bullets, while each collision can extend the movement. Dashes can also be interrupted to change position. Roguelike mode presents levels, enemies, bosses, and super bosses; death resets progress, while upgrades remain. Players choose and improve power-ups according to the selected mode, with some triggered by kill counts or dash levels. Arcade mode removes the level endpoint and sends players through endless enemy waves. Destroying enough enemies raises the dash level and increases the next requirement. After taking damage, a challenge may offer a chance to restore health.
How Super Dash plays
- 01Collision-based attacks
- The ship damages enemies and clears bullets by moving through them during a dash.
- 02Dash interruption
- A dash can be stopped early to alter the ship's position.
- 03Persistent upgrades
- Roguelike deaths reset level progress but leave collected upgrades available.
- 04Endless arcade mode
- Arcade mode sends the ship through continuing waves without a stated final level.
- 05Dash progression
- Destroying the required number of enemies raises the dash level and unlocks stronger power-up triggers.
- 06Health challenges
- After taking damage, a challenge can provide an opportunity to recover health.
