Set after the events of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari, this action game follows Masao Kobayashi, leader of Reiho High School's Big Four.
After meeting Mizoguchi, a Time Regulator pursuing an organization that has disturbed the balance of time and space, Kobayashi joins the effort against it. When the organization abducts Kobayashi's friend, he sets out to rescue them and stop its plans. The game uses pixel-art characters and voiced dialogue for every character. Actions taken during play can lead to 20 different endings. Collected stars can be spent on character enhancements and equipment, adding progression to the action-focused structure.
