Play a single-player, open-universe RPG and third-person shooter set across tens of thousands of procedurally generated solar systems and planets.
Explore planetary surfaces containing cities, villages, caves, outposts, and other locations. Pilot and modify ships, customize a character, and take part in combat, mining, trading, piracy, crafting, and exploration. Establish a faction by setting its policies, internal structure, and governing principles, then expand through military growth, station construction, or capturing stations and solar systems. Diplomacy includes factions, Starlords, and houses with their own planets, stations, and fleets. Companions can fight and lead teams, with roles assigned according to their skills. Seven guilds offer progression and side quests, while random encounters and side missions provide further activities across the galaxy.
