Saves you a refund- Players seeking lengthy uninterrupted battles may not enjoy the short wave format.

- Players looking for a game centered on climbing, puzzle solving, or exploration may not find its combat-focused structure suitable.
Our take on Soul Stalker
The game concentrates on repeated combat waves, build choices, and between-run advancement. That focus sacrifices the extended exploration and environmental puzzle solving found in games built around movement through a larger world.
What is Soul Stalker?
Soul Stalker is a bullet-heaven roguelike in which players oversee ghosts tied to earthly existence while surviving attacks from apparitions.
Each attempt allows four to six weapons, with loadouts assembled from 21 playable characters, 35 weapon types, 84 trinkets, and 21 pets. Defeated enemies provide resources for weapon evolution and character upgrades at shops and campfires. Runs move through varied areas and last roughly 25 minutes, divided into waves lasting 30 to 60 seconds. Between attempts, players complete overworld quests, buy equipment for future starts, and speak with ghosts in the Soul Stalker Society hub. The setting combines two-dimensional characters with a three-dimensional cel-shaded world and a paper-like art direction.
