Our take on Star Farmer: Warlock of the Universe
Rather than keeping farming separate from action, the game makes cultivation part of the combat loop. Short planet expeditions combine auto-firing battles with harvesting, then feed into ship expansion, trading, decoration, and character upgrades.
What is Star Farmer: Warlock of the Universe?
Play as a warlock who explores space while cultivating plants aboard a spaceship.
Each run visits several planets, where waves last 20–40 seconds and auto-firing weapons handle enemies while resources and seeds are collected. Runs take under 15 minutes. Harvests can be traded with wandering merchants for credits, which fund character and spaceship upgrades. More than 200 powers can alter each run, while rare plants provide boons for later expeditions. The ship can be expanded with crops, furniture, and recruited drones. Companions and decorative items can also be recovered during expeditions. Alongside farming and combat, the adventure follows the mystery of a long-dead planet.
