Our take on Sinister Night
Rather than centering horror on confronting visible monsters, the game makes mistrust the main threat. Its structure places two hidden possessed players inside an eight-person group, turning conversation, accusations, and concealed motives into the core of each session.
What is Sinister Night?
Eight streamers enter a haunted church-school site for a horror reality show, but two are secretly possessed by evil spirits.
The possessed players must kill companions and sacrifice them at an altar, while the others search for offerings, identify suspects, and stop the ritual. Players investigate through items, tasks, location information, and communication. Holy crosses can repel spirits, while crystal balls reveal clues. Suspicion, deception, and shifting blame shape the group’s decisions as everyone tries to determine whom to trust. The game combines multiplayer survival, psychological horror, and social deduction, with both sides using different tactics to complete their objectives.
