Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a single-player campaign may bounce off the round-based online multiplayer structure.
- Players who prefer fixed team roles may hit a wall when each round assigns a different role and objective.
- Players looking for a purely cooperative manor exploration game may not fit the murder and suspicion systems.
- Players who dislike player-versus-player elimination may not fit the murderer objectives.
Our take on Trouble In The Manor
The bounce point arrives when a round assigns a role that conflicts with a player's preferred play style. Investigators must gather evidence and decide when to act, while murderers need to manage kills, purchased tools, and possible vampire transformations.
What is Trouble In The Manor?
Trouble In The Manor is an online multiplayer social-deduction game set in a remote haunted manor.
Each round assigns players one of three roles. Innocents search the grounds for items, gather evidence, and can report murderers for a hit or kill them directly. Bloodhounds follow the same objectives but also use DNA devices to compare samples from bodies or traces left at locations. Murderers must eliminate the innocent and bloodhound players. They can spend currency found around the manor on weapons, traps, and disguises. A murderer can also awaken a vampire in the basement, becoming one and turning innocent players into vampires who support the murderers.
