Our take on Shogi
Its focus on traditional Shogi gives the game a concentrated strategic structure, but that focus leaves little room for campaign variety or mechanics outside board play.
What is Shogi?
Play Shogi, the Japanese strategy board game, on a customizable board with several piece sets and visual designs.
Captured pieces can be returned to play, adding a distinct tactical layer to each match. Five difficulty levels cover play from beginner to advanced skill. Timer-based games support faster matches, while undo and save/load functions allow moves to be reviewed and games to be resumed later. A board editor provides further customization, and selectable sound effects accompany play. The game also includes Westernized pieces as an alternative presentation.
