Our take on NEW MONOPOLY®
The presentation emphasizes the animated city, weather cycle, and token interactions, while the central activity remains the familiar property-buying, trading, and bankruptcy loop. The visual changes add atmosphere, but they do not change the underlying board-game structure.
What is NEW MONOPOLY®?
Buy, sell, and trade properties while moving around a fully animated 3D city based on MONOPOLY.
The city changes between daytime and nighttime, with weather shifting from sunny conditions to storms. Players can move their tokens around the board, make jumps, knock out other tokens, and flip the board after going to jail. Matches support up to six players locally or online, with cross-play available for online multiplayer. A single controller can be shared, or each player can use one controller. The game also includes customizable dice sets and tokens. Online multiplayer and other online features require an internet connection and a Ubisoft Account. New MONOPOLY is the renamed version of MONOPOLY 2024.
