What is Sheltered 2?
Sheltered 2 is a post-apocalyptic survival management game about keeping a faction of survivors alive.
Players create a faction leader, maintain a shelter, balance scarce resources, craft needed items, and respond to threats such as starvation, dehydration, radiation poisoning, extreme temperatures, and raids. Expeditions send survivors into the wasteland to find resources, repair vehicles, and encounter other factions. These groups can become trading partners or enemies, with relationships shaped through diplomacy or turn-based combat. Survivors have individual traits, desires, personalities, and skills that can be developed. The faction leader has unique traits and serves as a point of failure: their death ends the game. Vehicles range from bicycles to pick-up trucks.
